Here at Serenity Skin & Body Care and Ella Bache we pride ourselves with the greatest standards and procedures and would like to reassure our clients that we are taking all of our usual steps to insure the highest level of safety for our clients and our staff, however we have implemented additional standards to continue to provide excellent service for our clients.

• All customers and staff are to be sent home if they show any signs of feeling unwell.

• Hand sanitiser/wash hands periodically throughout day and when entering a treatment or salon/store.

We also ask that clients use sanitiser provided before entering their treatment room.

• All benches are to be cleaned with anti- bacterial wipes.

• All towels and beds are changed between customers, so to ensure single use of all linen and robes.

• Single use of all other items and sterilisation of items where relevant.

• All Ella Baché products are made in the highest manufacturing Australian or French facilities.

Our staff will be asking our clients to please fill out a form before entering any treatments; have you been unwell ect.

We appreciate all of our clients at Serenity and hope you can work with us through this time and support your local. Our products are made at the highest standard and although are made in Australia a portion is also made in France. Please be mindful at this time deliveries may be slow while we are getting back on our feet.
